Making ideas scalable through numerical representation and related stress tests.

One must have courage but never be clueless and superficial in turning a (possibly successful) strategy into numbers.

Monitoring and analysis of deviations are also required.

A start-up needs a pitch, one that is not only “graphically” right but is supported by content translated into numbers in a known (and at least analyzed) market context.
