It differs from consumer-type services, such as Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive, in the type of access to resources, which is possible only and exclusively through an end-to-end VPN dedicated to the customer. In this way, the entire traffic is encrypted, ensuring a very high level of security through certificates generated uniquely for the individual user.

Once the VPN is activated, folders are immediately available and usable simultaneously by all Private Cloud users, from PCs, Macs, and from any iOS or Android device.

The Private Cloud is based on an infrastructure we own, equipped with all the necessary technologies to ensure service delivery on a daily, hourly basis.

To further ensure data security, the system stores “snapshots” of your folders, timed as needed, allowing you to recover accidentally deleted or corrupted files.

This feature is an important protection towards “Crypto Locker” type attacks: in case one of the users is hacked by a virus that encrypts all documents, given the impossibility of his or her access to the snapshots, the system allows an immediate restoration of the complete situation from the available snapshots.
